The Team at Dragonfly WillsDragonfly Wills is the Will writing arm of Dragonfly Consortium. It has been created to help clients who need professional, personal and easily accessible advice about planning the hand-over of their assets to family or others at the time of their death. Dragonfly concentrate on providing advice to help reduce inheritance tax and to ensure that the estate can be sorted with a miminum of fuss by providing the right documents properly drafted. ![]() Nigel has worked in the legal field for the past 15 years, running law firms and more recently starting up a trust corporation to handle probate and wills. Prior to that he worked in consultancy and in marketing and general management positions in consumer goods and services. Prior to that she ran the HR Department in a leading law firm in the South West where she saw the firm successfully through its merger. She was instrumental in achieving awards for quality (Investors in People and Lexcel) within the firm. She has worked with a direct sales team in the financial services sector, targeted with growing their sales force from 5 to 150 nationally within 18 months and the public sector working with refugees and special needs pupils at a college in London. She has written on HR issues, is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and specialises in recruitment, performance reviews, and career development. She joins us having worked recently on the successful start up of two businesses. Rosanne has extensive experience in specialist winter and summer sports international tour operating, and has recently become a published author on winter tourism. Prior to co-founding a travel trade networking business Rosanne managed a City recruitment agency. Our role is to turn an organisation into a successful business and an individual into a team leader. ![]() Jonathan Rice read Japanese at Cambridge University, and then lived and worked in Japan for a dozen years. He set up his own consultancy business in 1990, specialising in national and organisational culture. He works on all aspects of organisational and cultural change; cultural due diligence before and after mergers; and effective in-house communication styles and techniques for multi-national companies. He has clients in France, Germany, South Africa, Australia, Sweden and Spain, as well as the United Kingdom. He is the author of over 50 books, including 'Doing Business In Japan', 'The Xenophobe's Guide To The Japanese', and 'Behind the Japanese Mask'. He is the creator of the 'Favourite Words' cultural diagnostic device which has proved successful with many clients in identifying cultural differences and clashes across different cultures and different parts of an organisation. He is also a trustee of The Lord's Taverners, cricket's official charity, and takes over as National Chairman in 2006. ![]() Helen is a professional coach, trainer and consultant with over twenty years' experience in creating and developing business training courses and specialist development programmes and recruitment. Helen's particular expertise is in leadership development and coaching at all levels in an organisation. She is an accredited Investors in People (IIP) Adviser and has helped several organisations achieve the National Standard for effective investment in people. She is also a licensed trainer for Best Year Yet Workshops® and Personal Leadership Programmes®. Helen also specialises in communication and behaviour, facilitation, personal skills development, mediation, gender issues and the problems of cross gender communications. She has worked both nationally and internationally, including in the former Yugoslavia and Soviet Union. She speaks French, German and Croatian.
